NFP DELIVERY POLICY
ENTRANCE
This Policy is intended to inform Site visitors and ordering customers (“ Buyer ”) regarding the shipment and delivery of products ordered through www.nfp-design.com (“ Site ”) belonging to NFP Dış Ticaret LTD ŞTİ (“ NFP ”). has been prepared.
As a rule, NFP is responsible for the delivery of the product intact, complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order. However, regarding the delivery of the products ordered and paid for by the Buyer; The relevant provisions in the Distance Selling Agreement (“ Agreement ”) signed between NFP and the Buyer remain valid.
DELIVERY TIME
After the e-mail confirming the order is sent to the Buyer, the product is delivered to the cargo company as soon as possible.
Delivery of the product; If NFP's stock is available and after the payment is made, it is made within 7 business days from the date the order is placed/confirmed by the buyer, provided that the delivery of the product is not possible.
DELIVERY TO A PERSON/ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE BUYER
The buyer may request that the product be delivered to a person/organization other than himself during the order. In addition, your first-degree relative with the same surname can receive your orders by presenting your ID. The signature of the person receiving your package at the delivery address is required.
If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the person/organization to be delivered is not on site or does not accept the delivery; NFP cannot be held responsible for any damages or expenses (e.g. extra shipping costs) that may arise from inaccuracies and/or incompleteness in the delivery information provided by the buyer.
If the billing address specified by the Buyer is different from the delivery address, the Buyer; accepts, declares and undertakes to pay an additional shipping fee for the delivery of the invoice to the relevant address.
PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING DELIVERY
As a rule, NFP cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer or the person/organization authorized by it due to any problems encountered by the cargo company during the delivery of the product to the Buyer.
However, if the Buyer thinks that the package (protection tube) and/or the product inside is damaged (teared, burst, crushed, wet, etc.) during delivery;
1- They have the right to not accept damaged packages and to file a report (Due Determination Report or Damage Assessment Report) with the cargo company officer and return them.
2- If the cargo company officer is of the opinion that the package or the product inside is not damaged, the Buyer has the right to personally check the delivery condition of the products by opening the package at the time of delivery and in the presence of the cargo officer, to have it delivered to the cargo officer and to determine the situation with a report.
- The minutes must be prepared in two copies, one copy of which will remain with the Buyer and the other copy will be delivered to the cargo company officer.
- If the Buyer does not accept the package and keeps a report, this situation must be notified to NFP immediately and within 1 (one) business day at the latest, via e-mail to info@nfp-design.com, together with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer.
- If these operations are carried out, NFP will start working on the package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
3- In addition, if the person who will receive the product thinks that there is a problem/error in the product resulting from delivery and cannot keep a report as stated above for a justified reason, immediately and at the latest on the day he receives the product; It is necessary to take a photo of the product and the package it comes in and send them by e-mail to info@nfp-design.com. In this case, NFP will contact the Buyer regarding the delivery and return process within 3 (three) business days.
Without any objection by the Buyer of the package; The cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty upon receipt of the package and/or the product it contains, without keeping any record or otherwise proving that the package and/or the product it contains were delivered incomplete, defective or in a different condition than specified; NFP is deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation.
TERMINATION OF NFP'S DELIVERY OBLIGATION
NFP's delivery obligation ends when the ordered product is delivered to the Buyer or to the authorized person/organization at the address requested by the Buyer in the Contract.
If, for any reason, the Buyer does not pay for the product or the payment is canceled by the bank, NFP is deemed to be free from its delivery obligation.
However, in cases titled "Problems That May Occur During Delivery" above, the obligations of the Buyer and NFP are clearly stated; In this case, the Buyer and NFP reserve all rights to claim from each other and the cargo company.
DELIVERY COSTS
As a rule, the shipping fee will be paid by the Buyer and is added to the total amount of the order. However, NFP may not reflect the entire shipping fee or a part of it determined by the campaign to the BUYER, depending on the results of the campaigns it carries out at the time of sale and/or whose terms are announced on the Site.
